Our client is urgently seeking parties interested in the sale of the properties and assets of Store First Ltd, Store First St Helens Ltd, Store First Blackburn Ltd and SFM Services Ltd (all in liquidation) (the "Companies")

Key Features

•	15 sites (either freehold or long leasehold) within which storage pods have been sold to investors or other individuals or entities by way of the granting of long leasehold or shorter leasehold interests.
•	Locations in Barnsley, Blackburn, Burnley, Castleford, Derby, Ellesmere Port, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Northampton, Nottingham, Preston, Rochdale and St Helens.
•	Complicated structure which will require purchaser to conduct their own research and due diligence (a data room containing comprehensive information has been set up to assist).

Opportunity

•	Assets available for sale include:
•	Freehold/leasehold properties (warehouses split into storage pods / communal areas).
•	Pursuant to investor leaseholds, opportunity to collect ground rents and service charges.
•	Potential rental income from unsold storage pods
•	Opportunity to offer letting agency services to storage pod owners (currently contracted with SFM Services Ltd).
