Project Watcher is an opportunity to acquire the trade and assets of a provider of high quality monitored CCTV solutions, based in the North of England.

Key Features

•	Assets include office equipment, motor vehicles, live rental contracts, maintenance books and debtor ledger.
•	The Company was established more than fifteen years ago and operates from premises located in the North of England (M62 corridor). These premises are leased under a 10- year lease agreement with approx. 7.5 years to run.
•	Turnover for the year ended June 2021 was £1.6m with Gross Profit of £1.1m and for the year ended June 2022 turnover was £1.5m with Gross Profit of £922k (both years based on filed accounts), a Net loss was suffered in both years. Turnover of £1.1m with Gross Profit of £831k for the seven months to February 2023 are recorded in the Company’s draft management accounts
•	The Company provides its services across the following sectors: Industrial, Commercial, Educational, Residential and Construction.
•	Highly knowledgeable and experienced workforce of nineteen full-time plus two part-time staff.

•	Indicative offers are required by 4.30pm on 26 October 2023, with a sale concluded shortly after and therefore only parties that are able to work within this time frame should respond. We reserve the right to extend the deadline or close the bidding early, without liability or advance notice.
